Most of the farmers in the country today are small and marginal farmers and this do not have adequate knowledge and resources. therefore , cooperative farming has become the need of the hour . under these circumstances doing anything new or big becomes impossible for small and marginal farmers . and cooperative farming is the only alternative for them to improve their financial conditions . despite hand labour the small farmers remain poor due to lack of knowledge , resources , land and risk absorption capacity .
In order to obviate the above deprivations the company encourages farmers to adopt cooperative farming the company joins hands with the farmers to meet their requiemrents . the company works with indivisuals as well ass the the group of farmers following certain rules and conditions.
